Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Atlantech Online Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Atlantech", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use Shubh Calendar, Shubh Wallpaper Status Aarti, optional Shubh Plus features, and connected services on shubhcalendar.com.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as your phone number or the account identifier used to sign in and link purchases or reports to you.
• Device and app information, such as language, country, app version, device model, notification state, diagnostics, crash data, IP address, and advertising identifiers.
• Notification and reminder information, such as an FCM token, reminder preferences, delivery state, and notification-open events.
• Usage information, such as Calendar, Panchang, horoscope, festival, reminder, share, wallpaper, devotional audio, and other feature interactions.
• User-entered content, such as a creator or business name, optional contact text, nickname, notes, or other text you choose to use in an export or feature.
• Purchase information, such as product, amount, currency, payment status, purchase token, order reference, refund state, and limited transaction metadata. We do not store full card or UPI credentials.

How we use information

• To provide Calendar, Panchang, horoscope, reminder, devotional, sharing, and optional Shubh Plus features.
• To authenticate users, link purchases, prevent duplicate entitlements, detect abuse, and protect accounts.
• To process subscriptions, confirm entitlement and renewal status, reconcile refunds, provide support, and meet Google Play reporting obligations.
• To send notifications and local reminders you allow, and to measure delivery and engagement.
• To operate advertising, analytics, crash reporting, security, and quality-improvement systems.

Ads, analytics, and notifications

We use service providers that may include Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging. Subject to your device and consent settings, these providers may process device identifiers, app interactions, diagnostics, notification data, and ad-performance information under their own policies. We do not send Shubh Plus birth details, report contents, payment tokens, order references, or phone numbers to analytics events.

Payments

Optional subscriptions may be processed by Google Play or, where separately available and permitted, Cashfree. Cashfree or Google processes the payment credentials you provide. We receive and retain limited transaction data needed to verify the purchase, grant access, prevent duplicate grants, reconcile refunds, provide support, and comply with legal and platform requirements. Shubh Plus monthly and annual plans automatically renew after the disclosed three-day free trial unless you cancel through Google Play before renewal. The final purchase screen shows the current price, billing period, trial eligibility, renewal terms, and cancellation controls. Cashfree recurring billing remains unavailable unless its mandate terms and any authorization amount are shown separately before authorization.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only as needed with providers that operate hosting, authentication, analytics, notifications, crash reporting, advertising, payments, purchase verification, and customer support. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect users, to enforce our terms, or to investigate fraud and security incidents. We do not sell Shubh Plus birth details or report contents.

Storage, security, and retention

• Abandoned Shubh Plus drafts stored on the device are encrypted and scheduled for deletion after seven days.
• Server-side Shubh Plus profiles and report payloads are encrypted at rest and protected in transit.
• Profile data is retained while needed to provide the requested feature or until you delete the profile, subject to fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, refund, dispute, and other legal retention duties.
• Purchase history and limited transaction records may be retained after profile deletion when required for accounting, entitlement, refund, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations.
• Technical logs and analytics may be retained in aggregated or pseudonymous form to maintain and improve the service.

Your choices and deletion

• You can decline optional Shubh Plus fields, stop before purchase, or use other parts of Shubh Calendar without Shubh Plus.
• To delete a Shubh Plus profile in the app, open Shubh Plus, open the profile menu, select Delete profile, and confirm the request.
• To request deletion of an app account or other associated data, email support@shubhcalendar.com with the subject “Shubh Calendar data deletion”. We may ask for limited information needed to verify and locate the data.
• Profile deletion removes the encrypted profile and cancels queued report generation. Purchase, refund, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, dispute, and other legally required records may be retained for the applicable legal period.
• You can disable notifications and reminders in device or app settings.
• You can control ad personalization through your device and Google settings where supported.
• You can use the same support address for account, purchase, refund, privacy, or deletion questions.

Children

Our services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age at which parental consent is required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, security, or provider changes. We will publish the latest version and effective date on this page.
