These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Shubh Wallpaper Status Aarti app, related checkout pages, and connected services offered by Atlantech Online Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Atlantech", "we", "our", or "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the app

• You may use the app for personal, devotional, sharing, and lawful creator use in accordance with these terms.
• You must not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its services, automate abusive traffic, bypass premium gates, or exploit the app for fraud or policy violations.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any name, phone number, business information, or message you add to exported status content.

Devotional and user-generated content

The app contains devotional, festival, and religious content, along with user-customized status exports. We work to keep content respectful and correctly labeled, but we do not guarantee that every item will always be free from errors, mismatches, or interpretation differences. You agree not to use the app to create harmful, defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content.

Premium, subscriptions, and payments

• Premium access may be offered through recurring subscription plans or other eligible billing options.
• Payments may be processed through Cashfree and may be subject to Google Play billing, alternative billing, or required transaction reporting.
• Premium entitlements are granted only after successful payment confirmation and may be suspended or reversed if a payment fails, is refunded, is reversed, or is found to be fraudulent.
• Pricing, plan details, and included features may change over time. The price shown to you at checkout is the price that applies to that transaction.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled according to the payment channel used, applicable law, and the support policy in force at the time. Cancellation stops future renewals where applicable but does not automatically refund completed billing periods unless required by law or approved through the relevant payment process.

Ads and monetization

The app may show ads, sponsored placements, rewarded flows, or premium offers. Ad availability and format may vary by device, country, route, and platform policy. We may change monetization rules, ad placements, cooldowns, or gating behavior to comply with platform rules and improve the product.

Content ownership and license

• Atlantech and its licensors retain rights in the app, its design, metadata, taxonomies, text, and distributed assets except where third-party rights apply.
• You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the app and exported content for lawful personal or promotional use consistent with the app experience.
• You may not resell the app itself, reverse engineer restricted portions, or scrape the service at scale without written permission.

Availability and disclaimers

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent access to every item, or absolute accuracy of devotional categorization, translations, notification timing, or third-party payment and ad services. Some features may depend on network quality, partner services, or device-specific settings.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or limit access if we detect fraud, misuse, abusive automation, payment abuse, policy evasion, or any use that creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Changes to the service or terms

We may modify, add, or remove features, content, pricing, premium benefits, billing routes, legal pages, or other aspects of the app at any time. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.
